Are you planning to supply print ready art?
All print ready orders that are supplied by FTP, disk, or email should contain the following: a press ready pdf AND/OR electronic files, eps/jpg/tif-etc images, fonts, and a final hardcopy.
The following information is generalized. The purpose of this overview is to ensure that your files meet our specifications, thus providing you with the ultimate finished product. If you have any questions regarding your order specifications please do not hesitate to contact a member of our prepress team. It is best to contact us before proceeding with the layout of your document to ensure normal production time.

OUR TECHNICIANS will review each file and ensure that these important specifications are met. A proof will be generated for every new order for our client’s final approval. We cannot be responsible for incorrect output from disk. Any additional translating, editing, or programming needed to utilize customer-supplied files will be charged at our current hourly rate for corrections or repairs upon the approval of the client.
